When you invest in a vehicle at BMW of Ann Arbor, you can drive off the lot with confidence when your vehicle includes the BMW Maintenance Program, covering all BMW-recommended maintenance and the items requiring replacement due to regular wear at no charge, for the first 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Beyond this, we can exceed all your expectations and boost that confidence ever more with our Maintenance Program Upgrades. You may have the option to purchase an upgrade for an additional 2 years/50,000 miles, extending your maintenance coverage up to a total of 6 years/100,000 miles, for applicable models. Coverage this flexible and valuable is unrivaled in the industry.

The Maintenance Program Upgrade option also extends the standard 4 years/unlimited mileage BMW Roadside* Assistance Program benefit period by an additional 2 years/unlimited mileage for a total of 6 years/unlimited mileage.

All covered maintenance program services are performed Ann Arbor's authorized BMW service center, by BMW-trained technicians, using only Original BMW Parts. So your Ultimate Driving Machine® can stay that way long after you first put the keys in the ignition.

To be open and honest I had not felt very good about the pervious sales process other then the salesman was a good guy working with a bad management. I did my research on the vehicle I wanted, called ahead to make an appointment and my salesman had the vehicle upfront, washed and ready for my inspection. My salesman, Shawn, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasn't a BMW, he explained several features, offered me hot apple cider, which was a real treat, and was extremely pleasant with not only myself but also with my husband and son when they arrived to assist me. Because I was prepared, financially, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 1/2 hours with my new vehicle. This was by far my best experience with a dealership.

Just picked up my new 335i coupe yesterday and worked with Suhail who was easy and fair to work with and found me the perfect vehicle in record time. We negotiated a win-win price and it was a transparent process. My last BMW was from the Okemos dealership and my CA was amazingly both sleazy and inept - amazed that he has a job. It was my horrible interactions there that led me call Suhail and set a time to talk.
