We had a wonderful leasing experience at BMW of Ann Arbor. We were pleasantly surprised to find a "completely different" dealership from what we experienced three years ago! Rob, Lane, Leonard and Chad are not only utmost business professionals, they are also wonderful people who really seemed to care about us, their customers. I think we discussed more about our families during our visits than the car we ended up leasing!!! It must mean something when a 20 year old says "dad you should lease from them because they were really nice to us. Even the manager came and gave us his time"!!! Thank you for a great experience.

To be open and honest I had not felt very good about the pervious sales process other then the salesman was a good guy working with a bad management. He is long gone and I had no connection with this sales group. Only the service which was always a good experince. Now that I saw salesmanagement was replaced and worked with a whole new staff of people, it was much better. Night and day difference.

I did my research on the vehicle I wanted, called ahead to make an appointment and my salesman had the vehicle upfront, washed and ready for my inspection. My salesman, Shawn, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasn't a BMW, he explained several features, offered me hot apple cider, which was a real treat, and was extremely pleasant with not only myself but also with my husband and son when they arrived to assist me. Because I was prepared, financially, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 1/2 hours with my new vehicle. This was by far my best experience with a dealership.

Tremendous Improvements, Great Service Department "I always enjoy and appreciate the level of service at the dealership. The staff is courteous and attentive, and the service is timely and thorough. The wind shield wiper blades, for example, are dutifully checked and replaced according to the service plan without me asking. Detail like this is what gives customer confidence in the service provided by BMW."

I've never been treated with anything but an excessive amount of respect at BMW of Ann Arbor. I intend to continue buying cars from them for as long as I live in the area.

I have been looking at used BMWs and found the staff at the Ann Arbor dealership to be very helpful. Dustin has shown me several vehicles and explained the differences amongst them. I like the idea of staff acting professionally. They don't hover over me when I am looking at vehicles, but are available to answer questions.

"Easy And Fair To Work With"
Just picked up my new 335i coupe yesterday and worked with Suhail who was easy and fair to work with and found me the perfect vehicle in record time. We negotiated a win-win price and it was a transparent process. My last BMW was from the Okemos dealership and my CA was amazingly both sleazy and inept - amazed that he has a job. It was my horrible interactions there that led me call Suhail and set a time to talk. Moreover, he really loves bimmers himself which says a lot about his knowledge and respect for the brand he represents.
