BMW of Ann Arbor employee, Jarrod Griffith, took excellent care of me and my X3 while it was in service for replacement of the Heat Management Module and an open recall. Jarrod kept me informed of what was needed and the progress of the repair. When I texted questions he was very quick to respond. He remembered me and my name when I came into the dealership. For any future service I may need, I’d like to work with Jarrod. Carol Leisure was also a pleasure to work with.
Neal is knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. I never feel like I'm being upsold on repairs and have never left the dealership after a repair and been unsatisfied. When shopping for a new car, I considered another car manufacturer, but stuck with BMW and trusting my service writer and the service techs is a HUGE reason.

We purchased our second BMW on Thursday. Our first one we had for five years. It is a smooth ride with great mileage. We are definitely hooked. Mo was our salesperson both times. In five years, we will get our third BMW and we will seek out Mo again!
Everyone was great, from the sales person to the gentleman that helped with signing the paperwork. We had a long list of cars we wanted to look at. Neil took the time to explain what was needed, answered all of my questions, and made the entire service visit easy and stress-free. Also would like to mention the great service Dusty gave us. An all around great group of people. I also appreciated the detailed service video of the inspection with recommendations and the care they showed for my vehicle. Fantastic dealership. I was shopping for a CPO vehicle and I couldn’t ask for a better experience than I had with the sales associate Dean Schultz. I was treated like a VIP with none of the pressure of a typical dealership. Dean was very well educated on every feature on the vehicle I was checking out which really added to the value of my test drive. I showed up for my appointment that was made online for a recall for my vehicle but was told those appointments made online do not synch up with the actual dealerships schedule and the we might need to leave our car overnight. I wasn’t happy about that but the service department made it right and got my car fixed and ready in about 2 hours. They made the situation right and were very friendly and kept me up to date on what was happening with the car. I appreciated it.
Dusty and Shawn were wonderful. I had to drop my car off early and it was not a problem. The service center sent a text when the work was complete with a video explaining all the things they had checked. The work was done in a timely manner and staff were friendly and helpful.
Responsive, to questions and no high pressure for decisions. Good products and competent staff to assist.
The service team was absolutely spectacular. The video update was State of the art. The service area was the cleanest place I've ever seen. I would give you six stars if I could. Special thanks to Mark Wade for The amazing service!

I choose to consistently come to this particular location in that the superb, immaculate service I receive is superior to none. The great care and handling of my car, as well as staying informed is ideal. Mark Wade is a top tier Service Director. He is fair, reasonable, and just. Not only did he ensure that I received an equitable price for the service received, but he is also approachable and willing to listen. His integrity can serve as a great enabler for quality service rendered throughout the department. Jarrod Griffith was accommodating and kind throughout the process.
Neal is a top notch professional who assisted me when my car had a drive train issue. He is always knowledgeable, courteous and a great communicator!
Neal was a huge help to me as I was traveling from Cincinnati and needed roadside assistance while in Michigan. He helped replace my damaged tire and get me back on the road right away!
The team at BMW did an absolutely amazing job! Specifically, Dean and Ben, I have been in this industry for years and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. Great job guys keep it up!
I asked Dusty if he would look at my front left tire, and he said "I would love to!" He agreed it needed replacement, but I told him we were planning a trip the following morning. He asked when, I said 10 AM, and within 1 minute we were making an appointment for the next morning at 7:30 AM for a new tire and wheel alignment! I've owned BMWs since 1998 and know good service when I see it, and I knew Dusty would come through again for me. Our to Chicago was worry-free.

My service advisor Dusty is always knowledgeable, communicative and transparent about the work my car needed without any high-pressure upselling. Absolutely no communication on the status of my car until I called 3 times at 2:45 PM from Dusty. When I did reach him he was beyond xxxxxx at me for my repeated calling. No loaners, minimum communication and nothing but frustration.
Dean Schultz helped search the US for the car I wanted. He was great! Spent a lot of time with me.
Good professionals, friendly staff and well connected with the customer through text and reminders. AUTO Services are top-notch; although pricier than other auto shops it’s well worth bringing your car here for critical BMW service.
Excellent response by Neal and Carol once again in getting my X5M in right away and providing me a loaner in an emergency situation.

Steering was out and got a warning light about chassis stabiliization -- thought it might be from a recent accident in which someone hit me while parked in a garage. Turn out a rodent had chewed through a critical wire. BMW of AA diagnosed and fixed and performed other service and I was back on the road in four hours. Very pleased with its service.
