Absolutely no communication on the status of my car until I called 3 times at 2:45 PM from Dusty. When I did reach him he was beyond xxxxxx at me for my repeated calling. No loaners, minimum communication and nothing but frustration.
Dean Schultz helped search the US for the car I wanted. He was great! Spent a lot of time with me.
Good professionals, friendly staff and well connected with the customer through text and reminders. AUTO Services are top-notch; although pricier than other auto shops it’s well worth bringing your car here for critical BMW service.

I had an emergency repair needed and was accommodated immediately. I was then offered a loaner car to drive while repairs were being made. This was over and above what I expected and my thanks to Neal and Carol for making this a pleasant experience.

Steering was out and got a warning light about chassis stabiliization -- thought it might be from a recent accident in which someone hit me while parked in a garage. Turn out a rodent had chewed through a critical wire. BMW of AA diagnosed and fixed and performed other service and I was back on the road in four hours. Very pleased with its service.

I worked with Justin Fagan to buy a used 2019 Audi A6 S-Line. Justin is a very kind and responsive person. Good communication during the whole process. Listen to customers concerns. Overall a good experience! Only negative: Google maps leads me to the wrong location (old adress). New one is a half mile down the road. Not a big deal.
